Located in the open waters of the Lake of Thousand Islands, just a few hundred kilometers from Shanghai, we have partnered with world-class leading farms that provide a unique environment for thousands of sturgeons to thrive. These sturgeons enjoy a high quality of life, resulting in superior quality eggs that are carefully harvested and prepared to create the finest caviars in the world.

Our partners cultivate sturgeons in the pure waters of Zhejiang province for at least twelve years, allowing them to develop eggs with a truly unique identity. KASPIAN Caviar stands out with its generously sized, distinctive grains that offer a delicate yet powerful flavor and a compact, harmonious mouthfeel.
